Summer on the Solent can be a busy time on the water. The water is full of others having fun, powerboats, sailboats, jetskis, paddleboarders, swimmers and cruise ships taking their passengers to the warmth of the Med.
During the Autumn and Winter not only does the scenery change, the visitors to Solent Water drop off and during some trips, you could well believe you are the only people out on Solent Water enjoying the beautiful scenery. We love boating off-season, as long as you are dressed for the weather du jour, you’ll enjoy the same restorative effects on body and mind as you do in the Summer and you’ll blow away the cobwebs.
Whilst our services are less in demand during Autumn and Winter we do take this time to carry out upgrades and the annual safety checks. We generally always have one of our RIBs prepped and ready to go. So you can rent as a bareboat RIB, enjoy a skippered half or full-day RIB charter or take a one-way or return water taxi trip to a location in the Solent.
